Shipping & Delivery
We process all orders for in-stock items and ship most purchases via parcel service (UPS or Fedex), within 5-7 business days from receipt of order.
Shipments are made Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.

All personal information shared with RothLem Art Design, through RothLemArtDesign.com, will under no circumstances be distributed or sold to another party. This site, any portion of this site, or the products it sells may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by RothLem Art Design. Return, Replacements and Refund
Your shopping experience and satisfaction are our top priorities at RothLem Art Design.
Please review our return, replacements and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns
· Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
· Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
· A valid proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or confirmation email, is required.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15-DAYS.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be retuned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The following items are non-returnable:
· Customized or personalized products.
· Items marked as final sale.
· Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rothlemartdesign.com.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us using the provided label.
• Returns shipped without prior authorization or outside the specified return window may not be accepted.
4. Replacements
• If the item is in stock, we will replace it and ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.
• If the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item, which can be used toward the purchase of any other product from our store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refund
· We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are FINAL. However, we will exchange your purchase for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit with 15-days of receipt of your order.
· We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
· If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rothlemartdesign.com.
